Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Rally, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Rally.

Your Account

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your profile reasonably up to date. You may not share your account with others or use Rally if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

Acceptable Use

Rally is a community platform for discovering courts, organizing play, and connecting with other players. You agree to use Rally lawfully and respectfully. You may not use Rally to harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, or discriminate against others; send spam or unsolicited messages; impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the service; interfere with Rally's operation or security; or violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Rally, including profile information, photos, messages, reviews, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Rally a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate, provide, and improve Rally. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and that your content does not violate these Terms or the rights of others.

Community Safety and Moderation

Rally provides tools such as blocking and reporting to help you manage your experience. We may review reported content or conduct and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community. We are not obligated to monitor all activity on Rally.

Courts, Venues, and Third-Party Information

Rally may display information about courts, venues, leagues, and other third-party locations or events. That information is provided by users and third parties and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Rally does not operate courts or venues and is not responsible for their policies, availability, fees, rules, or conditions. You are responsible for verifying details before traveling or participating in play.

Sports Activity and Assumption of Risk

Pickleball and other sports activities carry inherent risks of injury. You participate in any on-court or in-person activity at your own risk. Rally does not guarantee the skill, conduct, identity, or safety of any player, organizer, venue, or event listed in the app.

No Safety or Emergency Services

Rally is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for professional safety, medical, or law enforcement assistance. If you are in danger or need immediate help, contact local emergency services.

Third-Party Services

Rally may rely on third-party services for hosting, storage, analytics, notifications, and other functions. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies. Rally is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Rally or any feature at any time, including features related to courts, leagues, messaging, nearby discovery, or notifications. We may also impose limits on certain features to protect the service or community.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rally is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Rally will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rally and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of Rally. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rally's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or Rally will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for Rally in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using Rally at any time and may delete your account through Rally settings where available. We may suspend or terminate your access to Rally if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe termination is necessary to protect Rally or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of Rally after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
